Armajet is a competitive, multiplayer platformer-shooter for mobile and PC.

I helped contribute to a huge UI/UX overhaul for the game that makes using weapons more fluid. Ammo is tied to the virtual controller which affects the shooting angle. I took designs from the design lead, prototyped them in Figma first, then used Unity and C# to design them in the game. I also programmed a more dynamic virtual controller that follows where the player's thumbs are, so their thumbs don't get cramped when switching between two different angles. I also helped contribute to the new squad UI in the penultimate update

My team with Superbit Machine taught me a lot about UI and UX design. I was happy to have been able to take designs from the art team, and program prototypes in Unity that would soon be used in the main build. It was also exciting hearing live feedback from the playerbase
